Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed.
Note there have been some delays due to covid-19.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday(excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow for 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
In the event there is an issue, you will receive an email notification of these details.
Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.

Late/Delayed
Best Girl Essentials will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please note that observed holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping time.
*No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Returns
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. We currently do not accept any returns on any items.

Error/Incorrect Address
**If your package is returned to us because of an error/ missing part of an address, you will be charged to have your package reshipped. The charge will consist of 25% of the total charge per item.
